1. Be Physically Active

Whether it’s going for a short walk, going to the gym, practising yoga, or playing a sport, being active as much as you can is important. You should aim to do some kind of physical exercise at least once per day. There are 1440 minutes in a day - spend 30 of them being active!

2. Drink More Water

This is a fairly obvious one, but it’s something many of us forget to do!

3. Get Enough Sleep

The average adult should aim to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Your body and mind need proper rest in order to heal and renew, and get ready for the next day.
