Balance Magnesium flakes are high in elemental magnesium from the Dead Sea Magnesium spray can be used post and pre-workout.
Apply 4-5 sprays to the targeted area after exercise or when experiencing muscle soreness and rub in. Allow 15 minutes for the magnesium to fully absorb. Use a full dosage of 4-5 sprays up to twice per day, or use 2 sprays up to 4 times per day.
